If the business is not successful, an exit strategy enables the entrepreneur to limit losses.   IQUIDATION  LIQUIDATION * Liquidation is closure of the business prior to have sold all the organiation’s assets. * !o make any money with such an exit strategy, the business has to have valuable assets to sell, such as land and equipment. * rofit from selling assets has to go to pay creditors first and the remainder goes to the shareowners of the company. * Liquidation is usually overlooked by company owners as this results in the closure of the business.
